This must be a joke. You must have the icon file already-it`s not provided. And if you do have a file already, then you can do everything this software does by right clicking on the folder and going to Properties/Customize and then Choose Picture or Change Icon.

Very poor. 1 star at most. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOCUMENTATION, NOT EVEN HELP! I eventually got it to work (rarely) by using the following sequence: select a `default` icon, `replace` default icon, and, finally, `save settings.`
